Dominican Republic is located on the island of Hispaniola, between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Dominican Republic is bordered by Haiti to the east.

Access

From the new La Romana airport it is a 40 minute drive and from Punta Cana airport, 1 hour. The new Coral Highway will shorten the trip to Punta Cana to 30 minutes as well. Roads are of excellent quality to Boca de Yuma. A bridge is to be built to cross from Boca de Yuma to the project site. Currently a road links San Rafael de Yuma to the project site.
