Residential component product offering and pre-development pricing.


Part of the territory shall be subdivided into 5,000 residential lots averaging 500 square meters and will be dedicated to 1 or 2 story villas. Out of the total, about 1750 lots equal to 1/4 of the territory have been planned. (see subdivision plan)

 

Lots are priced according to a zoning plan. The following tables indicate initial pricing schedule during this pre-development stage. Two adjacent lots can be merged to permit larger residences. (Prices, lot subdivision plan, lot dimensions are subject to change without prior notice)
